Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. The CRM Specialist will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities will include managing client accounts, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, analyzing customer data to drive actionable insights, and collaborating across teams to enhance service delivery. Additionally, this role will involve overseeing projects to ensure they meet client expectations and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and techniques, along with experience in providing outstanding customer service
- Strong Analytical Skills for understanding customer data and developing actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with clients
- Experience in Sales, including identifying opportunities and driving client engagement
- Project Management skills to plan, execute, and deliver tasks efficiently
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
