Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will oversee customer service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and address customer inquiries professionally. Responsibilities include managing a customer support team, analyzing feedback to improve service delivery, and collaborating with other departments to maintain high service standards. The role also requires developing strategies to enhance customer experience and building strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and service improvement
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in team leadership and service operations
- Ability to create and maintain a high-quality customer experience
- Knowledge of the agricultural or food industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Preferably from F&B Industry
- Have excel knowledge
