Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, improving customer experience, and driving retention strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience in D2C and FMCG industries, where handling large customer databases, understanding consumer behavior, and managing customer communication is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, feedback, and purchase behavior.
• Develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels such as calls, emails, and social media.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Analyze customer data and insights to improve marketing campaigns and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Support loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and customer communication initiatives.
• Ensure quick resolution of order-related issues such as delivery, returns, and product concerns.
• Maintain proper customer records and reports to track performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in D2C or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and customer engagement strategies.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and data management systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze customer behavior and improve customer experience.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, especially in health, wellness, or supplements industry.
• Prior exposure to FMCG customer handling and high-volume customer interactions.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital customer support channels.
