Zoho One Administrator / CRM Implementation Specialist

About Us
- Expertvuw Management Pvt Ltd is a multi-service business advisory and compliance firm based in Delhi, covering Share Recovery (IEPF claims, share transmission, NRI wealth recovery) and Secretarial/NBFC compliance services, working with both individual and corporate clients across India.
About the Role
We're building out our Zoho One ecosystem from the ground up and are looking for someone with hands-on Zoho implementation experience to own this end-to-end — not just configure a CRM, but set up our full application stack (CRM, Books, Sign, Analytics, WorkDrive, and more) as our business scales across multiple lines of business.
- This is a builder role. You'll work closely with the founder to translate real business processes into a properly architected, enforced, and scalable Zoho system.
What You'll Own
- Zoho CRM setup: Users, Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, Layouts, and Pipelines for multiple lines of business within a single org
- Blueprint design and configuration — enforcing process gates (document verification, KYC, approvals, payment confirmation) so critical steps can't be skipped
- Workflow Rules and automation — lead assignment, follow-up sequencing, field updates, SLA escalation
- Zoho Books integration for invoicing and payment sync into CRM
- Zoho Sign integration for client agreements
- Zoho WorkDrive setup for structured document management
- Zoho Analytics setup for cross-module dashboards and reporting
- Associate/partner access design (Portals or Creator-based) for our external network of CAs, CS, and lawyers
- Ongoing administration: security policies, audit log review, data backup, user onboarding as we hire
What We're Looking For
- Proven, hands-on experience implementing Zoho CRM (and ideally other Zoho One apps) for a real business — not just certifications or coursework
- Solid understanding of Blueprint, Workflow Rules, Roles/Profiles/Sharing Rules, and multi-pipeline CRM architecture
- Comfortable working independently, translating business requirements into system design without heavy hand-holding
- Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Sign, and Zoho WorkDrive is a strong plus
- Prior experience in a services/consulting/compliance business is a plus, but not required
