Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and customer journeys, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. The specialist will analyze customer data, segment audiences, and generate reports to support sales strategies and decision-making. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, setting follow-up schedules, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries and client requests. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, supporting post-sales communication, and contributing to process improvements that strengthen client loyalty and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including hands-on experience with CRM tools and maintaining organized, accurate customer databases.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Proven Sales and client-facing skills, with the ability to support lead nurturing, upselling, and cross-selling activities.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, generate insights, and prepare clear performance reports.
- Basic to intermediate Project Management abilities to coordinate follow-ups, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives smoothly.
- Familiarity with the real estate sector or related industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; experience with reporting dashboards is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to ethical, transparent practices.
