Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Revenue Enhancement Manager to drive revenue growth across existing customers. The role focuses on improving monetization, increasing customer engagement, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Optimization
Handling of customers during onboarding and the initial days of usage of the platform.
Ensure consistent engagement to improve product adoption.
Build strong relationships with clinics and healthcare providers.
Track revenue metrics, maintain dashboards for revenue growth and expansion.
Drive campaigns and initiatives to boost platform usage.
Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
Experience in SaaS / Healthcare / B2B environments preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and relationship management abilities.
Comfortable working with targets and revenue metrics.
