Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional to manage client interactions and support insurance operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of insurance products and demonstrate the ability to independently handle customer queries with confidence and clarity.
This role combines client servicing, operational coordination, and basic insurance advisory, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls and emails
- Address and resolve queries related to Motor, Health, and Life Insurance (basic level)
- Provide accurate information and first-level resolution without unnecessary escalation
- Handle customer grievances, ensuring timely closure and high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and servicing
- Maintain and update records in Excel and internal systems
- Ensure adherence to defined TATs and service quality standards
- Support operational tasks as required
Job Title: Client Relationship Executive – Insurance Operations

Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, or Insurance Operations
- Working knowledge of:
- Motor Insurance
- Health Insurance
- Basic understanding of Life Insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle customer conversations independently and confidently
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Background
- Experience with insurance companies, brokers, or insurtech platforms
- Prior exposure to customer-facing roles involving query resolution and servicing
