Key Responsibilities:
Client & Creator Relationship Management
- Act as a central coordination point between clients, creators, the Operations team, and the Finance team.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with creators, agencies, and clients.
- Ensure seamless communication regarding campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and payments.
- Handle creator concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain a positive creator experience to ensure long-term collaborations.
Creator Escalation Management
- Handle creator escalations related to delayed payments, campaign briefs, deliverables, revisions, approvals, and communication gaps.
- Coordinate internally with Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to resolve creator concerns efficiently.
- Maintain escalation trackers and ensure all issues are addressed within defined timelines.
- Act as a mediator during conflicts between creators and internal teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for all escalated cases.
- Proactively identify recurring creator issues and suggest process improvements.
Coordination Between Finance & Operations
- Work closely with the Operations team to track campaign execution and closure timelines.
- Coordinate with the Finance team regarding invoicing, payment releases, reconciliations, and creator payouts.
- Ensure all campaign deliverables and approvals are completed before payment processing.
- Track pending payments and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve discrepancies related to campaign execution and financial documentation.
Campaign Closure & Documentation
- Ensure campaigns are properly closed with complete documentation and approvals.
- Maintain records of contracts, invoices, creator agreements, release orders, and payment statuses.
- Verify deliverables before sharing campaign closure updates with the Finance team.
- Ensure timely submission of campaign reports and closure documents.
Internal Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Brand Partnerships, Planning, Campaign Management, Procurement, and Finance teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper coordination across departments to avoid delays and operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Share regular updates with leadership regarding escalations, campaign closures, and payment statuses.
Reporting & Process Management
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to creator escalations, pending invoices, payment tracking, and campaign closures.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, trackers, and internal databases accurately.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and escalation management protocols.
