Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist based in Bengaluru. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer data, analyzing customer behaviors, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement. Tasks include monitoring CRM software, generating insights from customer metrics, creating personalized communication strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer retention and satisfaction. The role will also require handling inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and identifying opportunities for growth through excellent relationship management practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in CRM systems, data management, and customer analytics
- Proficiency in developing and executing customer engagement and retention strategies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to identify customer needs and opportunities
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, and creating actionable insights
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the arts or creative industries is a plus but not required
