CRM Manager – Growth & Customer LifecycleLocation: Bangalore
Experience: 4–7 years
Role OverviewWe are looking for a CRM manager to drive customer lifecycle management, engagement, and retention across our ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of growth, operations, and customer experience, and will be critical in improving conversion, retention, and overall user engagement.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)- Own and manage the end-to-end CRM lifecycle – onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Drive lead nurturing journeys across channels (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, App notifications)
- Improve conversion rates from lead → activation → retention
- Design and execute customer engagement campaigns for riders, fleet partners, and enterprise users
- Analyse user behaviour and implement data-driven segmentation strategies
- Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Set up and optimise CRM tools, automation workflows, and dashboards
- Track and improve customer experience metrics (NPS, churn, engagement)
Key Metrics (KPIs)- Lead-to-conversion rate
- Customer activation & onboarding efficiency
- Retention & repeat usage rates
- Churn reduction
- Campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
- Customer satisfaction (NPS / CSAT)
What We’re Looking For- 4–7 years of experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing/growth roles
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and engagement funnels
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (ZOHO, Clevertap, MoEngage, HubSpot, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment
