Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist based in Hyderabad. The CRM Specialist will manage and strengthen client relationships, oversee customer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction throughout the customer journey. They will also collaborate with internal teams, analyze sales data, support project management efforts, and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and experience in Sales
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and generating actionable insights
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Project Management to manage tasks and timelines effectively
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with problem-solving ability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools is an added advantage
