We are looking for a passionate Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our growing team and help drive business growth through strong client relationships and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:โ Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and prospecting
โ Manage and track leads effectively through CRM systems
โ Identify and qualify potential clients aligned with our services
โ Coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team
โ Maintain regular follow-ups to drive conversions
โ Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and client engagement
โ Build and nurture long-term client relationships
What Weโre Looking For:โ
3โ4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in Interior Design & Fit-Outs
โ
Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, and networking
โ
Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
โ
Understanding of the commercial interior design & fit-out industry
Preferred Qualifications:๐ Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
๐ Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools
