Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager located in Indore, India. The CRM Manager will oversee customer pain points, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include managing and analyzing customer data, supporting sales initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating cross-functional teams to execute CRM projects. The role requires strong communication to foster positive customer relationships and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using data analytics and possessing strong analytical skills for evaluating customer behavior and business insights
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Experience in project management, including coordinating tasks and managing CRM-related projects effectively
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Familiarity with CRM software tools and applications is a strong advantage
