Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager, based in Hyderabad. The CRM Manager will oversee and enhance customer interactions, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction while implementing strategies to maintain strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data, segmenting markets, managing projects, developing sales strategies, and fostering strong communication channels between the company and its customers.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and identify trends and opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building meaningful customer relationships
- Experience in sales and market segmentation to drive client acquisition and retention strategies
- Proficiency in project management to execute CRM strategies effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to dynamic business environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM software, tools, and best practices is a plus
