CRM & Lead Management Manager — Tulio (Gurgaon)
Tulio is looking for a CRM & Lead Management Manager to build and run the intelligence layer of our sales engine.
As a design-led brand in made-to-measure curtains and blinds, we work closely with homeowners, architects, and interior designers across projects and retail studios. This role ensures that every lead, relationship, and opportunity is systematically tracked and converted into meaningful business.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, analytical, and disciplined with data, and who enjoys building structured systems that enable sales teams to perform better.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect and qualify leads generated through social media and marketing channels
- Speak with prospects to understand requirements and classify leads (MQL vs non-qualified)
- Enter and manage leads within the CRM and assign them to the appropriate sales teams
- Track leads through the full pipeline — from first enquiry to sales qualification and project closure
- Ensure CRM hygiene, accurate data capture, and clear visibility of the sales funnel
- Maintain and continuously enrich our database of architects and interior designers
- Segment and tier architects/designers based on engagement and business contribution
- Coordinate email communication and engagement campaigns with the design community
- Manage relationship touchpoints such as birthday and anniversary outreach
- Generate pipeline reports, insights, and MIS to support sales and management decision-making
- SET UP AND RUN MARKETING AUTOMATION, EMAIL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, WHATS APP AUTOMATION
This role is ideal for someone with experience in CRM systems, lead management, and sales operations, who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and discipline to fast-growing organisations.
