Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager located in Mysuru . The CRM Manager will oversee and enhance customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Core responsibilities include analyzing customer data, managing customer accounts, leading projects related to customer engagement, collaborating with sales teams to drive customer retention, and implementing strategies to improve customer experience. The role involves creating and managing processes to segment the market effectively, as well as identifying opportunities to promote customer-centric growth.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and drive insights
- Exceptional communication abilities to build and nurture client relationships
- Proven experience in sales and market segmentation strategies
- Proficiency in project management and meeting business objectives
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
