We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with strong experience in post-sales operations, customer lifecycle management, and interdepartmental coordination within the real estate sector.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire customer lifecycle from booking to possession
• Handle post-sales activities, collections, and home loan disbursement coordination
• Follow up with teams, customers and bankers for outstanding dues (OCR/Home Loan)
• Coordinate with internal and external teams at the builder site (Sales, Projects, Accounts, Architecture) to ensure timely updates and seamless communication.
• Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved within defined TAT
• Maintain accurate documentation and project-wise customer records
• Coordinate and manage RERA-related matters internally in collaboration with the Legal team.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to management
• Prepare and present MIS reports to builder management
• Drive process improvements through complaint analysis and tracking
• Strong proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and calculations (Advanced Excel/MIS)
📊 Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in CRM / Customer Relationship / Post-Sales (Only Real Estate preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, MIS reporting, and documentation
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office & Advanced Excel
