Experience:
2-3 yrs in Customer Relations / Sales
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
Handle customer requests, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions.
Monitor and manage customer feedback and grievance redressal to enhance client satisfaction.
Leverage Zoho CRM to maintain client records, track interactions, and improve engagement.
Utilize automation and AI tools for timely alerts and follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
Service Excellence:
Ensure on-time and successful service delivery in coordination with veterinary and grooming teams.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Sales & Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell pet products and services based on client needs.
Develop strategies to improve customer retention and maximize revenue.
Data Analytics & Insights:
Analyze customer data, purchase patterns, and behavioral trends.
Generate reports on purchase trends and customer engagement to optimize business strategies.
Gather and interpret data to enhance customer service and sales efficiency.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Telugu(Required) and Hindi(Preferred).
Proficient in Zoho CRM or other CRM applications.
Knowledgeable about the pet industry and pet products is a bonus.
Experience with customer service, sales, and data analysis.
Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven customer engagement.
