🚨 WE’RE HIRING | CRM – Customer Relationship Manager
SkyJumper Trampoline & Amusement Park is hiring a customer-focused CRM – Customer Relationship Manager.
📍 Locations: Dehradun & Bangalore
💼 Experience: 1+ years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹33,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and interview
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationships, queries, feedback and complaints
• Follow up with customers and leads via calls, WhatsApp and other channels
• Maintain customer records and drive repeat visits
• Handle bookings, enquiries, birthday parties and events
• Coordinate with Centre Head, Operations, F&B and other teams
• Collect feedback and improve the customer experience
🔹 Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in CRM, Guest Relations, Customer Experience, F&B, Hospitality, Entertainment, Events, Retail or Sales
• Strong communication, customer-handling and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with calls, follow-ups and maintaining customer data
• Positive, energetic and service-oriented personality
⭐ Preferred backgrounds: F&B, Restaurants, Hospitality, Amusement Parks, Trampoline Parks, Entertainment, Events, Gaming, Retail or Guest Relations
