Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, track the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-up with leads and existing clients. This is a front-line role that sits at the intersection of Sales and Operations — ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable managing data and follow-up systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Pipeline Management
• Maintain and update the customer and lead database — including leads from exhibitions, referrals, and inbound enquiries
• Track leads across hot, warm, and follow-up tiers; ensure no lead falls through the cracks
• Send timely follow-up emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls as per the defined outreach schedule
• Log all customer interactions, meeting notes, and action points in the CRM / tracking system
Customer Communication & Coordination
• Handle day-to-day customer communication professionally — enquiries, quotation follow-ups, order status updates
• Coordinate with the Sales and Dispatch teams to keep customers informed on order timelines and deliveries
• Assist in sending product information, technical data sheets, and pricelists to prospects and clients
• Manage post-exhibition lead outreach — categorise, prioritise, and follow up systematically
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare weekly lead status reports and pipeline summaries for management review
• Maintain customer records — contact details, communication history, segment, and order history
• Track conversion rates and follow-up outcomes; flag stale leads or pending actions
• Support preparation of customer-facing documents: introductory emails, follow-up templates, thank-you notes
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field
• 1–2 years of experience in CRM, inside sales, customer service, or sales coordination
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English; working knowledge of Gujarati / Hindi
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; comfortable with WhatsApp Business and email communication
• Highly organised, follow-up oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Positive attitude with a genuine interest in building customer relationships
Preferred
• Prior experience in a B2B manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial goods company
• Familiarity with any CRM tool (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or even a structured Excel-based CRM)
• Experience handling export or multi-state customer accounts
• Ability to draft professional business communication independently
