Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Mumbai office. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, oversee CRM systems, analyze data for insights, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction. You will ensure processes are aligned with customer needs, track customer engagement, and improve retention strategies.

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively connect with customers and internal teams
  • Proven experience in Sales and understanding market dynamics
  • Knowledge in Market Segmentation to tailor strategies and optimize customer outreach
  • Project Management expertise to handle CRM projects and related initiatives
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and related tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
