Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager. The CRM Manager will ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and driving customer retention. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, implementing tailored customer engagement strategies, overseeing market segmentation initiatives, assisting with sales efforts, and coordinating cross-functional projects that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for customer insights and performance evaluation
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
- Proven Sales expertise related to customer relationship management and retention
- Market Segmentation knowledge to optimize customer engagement strategies
- Project Management skills for executing and streamlining customer-focused initiatives
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in roles involving customer relationship management is a plus
