Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are understood, documented, and addressed in a timely manner. The Manager will oversee CRM systems, track customer interactions, analyze customer data, and segment markets to support targeted sales and service efforts. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales and operations teams, managing customer feedback and issue resolution, preparing reports on customer satisfaction and retention, and leading initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. The role also involves planning and executing customer-focused projects, aligning CRM strategies with business objectives, and training team members on best practices for customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, monitor CRM metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams, and to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Market Segmentation skills to support targeted outreach, identify opportunities, and enhance customer retention.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, implement, and track CRM-related initiatives and process improvements.
- Experience with CRM software and customer data management tools is highly beneficial.
- Background in industrial machinery, manufacturing, or B2B environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Sonipat, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a customer-focused mindset.
