Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager, based in Delhi, India. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, analyzing customer data, and driving sales strategies. Key responsibilities include overseeing customer relationship programs, devising market segmentation strategies, coordinating with sales teams, leading projects, and generating insights to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret customer data and market trends
- Excellent Communication Skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and proficiency in leading customer engagement and retention initiatives
- Knowledge of Market Segmentation to develop targeted strategies and improve customer satisfaction
- Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation of CRM projects
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the chemical, manufacturing, or packaging industries is an advantage
