JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a friendly and organized person to join our team as a CRM Manager at MO Designs (https://modesigns.in/). In this role, you will help us build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. You’ll talk to clients, understand their needs, and make sure they have a smooth and happy experience with us. You will also help manage customer data and work with our sales and marketing teams to improve communication and service.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Make sure all the leads of clients aft er placing orders are met.
  2. Ensure your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service. Always ask your them for true feedback.
  3. Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment/Installation/ Job Satisfaction car d/Five referrals.
  4. Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.
  5. Give or support the partici pants/clients about company products or ser vices.
  6. Acti ng as a single point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concerns.
  7. Keep the CRM system updated with correct customer details. Organize customers into groups based on their interests. Improve the CRM process so the sales team works more smoothly.
  8. Keep track of leads and follow up with the month time. Hel p tur n leads into customers by staying in touch and sharing helpful information.
  9. listen to customer feedback and find ways to make them happier.
  10. Create simple reports to show how we are doing withleads and customer contacts. Share ideas based on data to help improve our sales and ser vice.
  11. Helpthe customer support team solve client problems quickly.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum 6-10 year of experience in CRM , sales, customer support, and client communication (including customer calls).
  2. Familiar with CRM tool s/ portals and experienced in managing customer data.
  3. Ability of rigorous follow up.
  4. Ability to communicate confidently- both through speaking and writing- with colleagues and cli ents.
  5. Pro-active, Well - groomed and presentable personality.
  6. Polite, disposition, patient, and composed in nature.
