Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager located in Moradabad. The CRM Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing customer databases, and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data, segmenting markets, driving sales, managing various CRM projects, and liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The CRM Manager will also identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to optimize customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data, market trends, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills for building client relationships and collaborating with internal teams
- Sales knowledge and expertise in market segmentation to identify and target key customer groups
- Proficiency in project management to lead and execute CRM initiatives effectively
- Experience with CRM software and tools is highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or marketing is a plus
