Role Description
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager will oversee and enhance interactions with clients, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and long-term client retention. Responsibilities include managing customer databases, analyzing client data to develop effective engagement strategies, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer experiences. Additional tasks include monitoring market trends, providing actionable insights, and supporting project management initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhandup.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data trends and improve customer experiences
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and teams
- Proficiency in Sales and understanding of Market Segmentation
- Project Management expertise to ensure smooth execution of customer engagement strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems and related tools
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or customer relationship management is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
