Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager based in Jaipur. The CRM Manager will oversee the development and execution of customer-focused strategies, manage customer relationships, and lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, segmenting markets, designing sales strategies, overseeing customer engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth project management to achieve business objectives while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and inform decision-making
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships
- Experience in Sales and Market Segmentation strategies
- Proven abilities in Project Management to execute customer-focused initiatives
- Proficiency in CRM software or platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the fashion or textile industry is an advantage
