Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager located in Noida. The CRM Manager will oversee and optimize customer relationships by proving support post sales, resolve all the queries, acting as a single point of contact for all the divisions and continuously monitoring the customer satisfaction level. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams, managing customer segmentation, and executing strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify customer trends
  • Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining relationships
  • Proven problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in customer relationship management or a similar role is preferred
