Role Description The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from initial inquiry through booking, documentation, and post-sales support. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system, tracking leads, monitoring follow-ups, and generating reports on customer behavior, sales performance, and engagement metrics. The CRM Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to design and refine customer journeys, improve conversion rates, and enhance after-sales satisfaction. The role also includes resolving customer issues, coordinating site visits and updates, implementing customer feedback, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven Sales and Market Segmentation skills to support targeted outreach, lead nurturing, and improved conversion across different customer profiles.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret CRM data, identify trends, and recommend actions that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills to coordinate customer initiatives, CRM improvements, and cross-functional activities on time and within scope.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot or similar) and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or real estate certification is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate, property development, or a customer-centric industry is preferred, with a track record of improving customer processes or KPIs.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
