Role Purpose
The CRM – Senior Executive is responsible for executing and optimising customer relationship management initiatives to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The role focuses on managing multi-channel CRM campaigns, leveraging customer data insights, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver personalised customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Execute and manage CRM campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, and other customer touch points.
- Maintain and segment customer databases to ensure targeted, personalised, and relevant communication.
- Analyse customer behaviour, purchase trends, and engagement metrics to optimise campaign performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals and ongoing campaigns.
- Manage CRM platforms and tools, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with internal policies.
- Track and monitor campaign performance, prepare MIS reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support Customer lifecycle journeys, and retention-driven initiatives.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies for CRM execution, as required.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Work Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer engagement, or digital marketing
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing brands will be an added advantage
