Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Customer Relationship Management Manager. The role involves overseeing customer relationships, developing strategies to improve client satisfaction, managing customer data, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle. The CRM Manager will also develop market-related insights, collaborate with sales and project teams, and play a pivotal role in enhancing business growth by driving customer-centric strategies.

- Experience working with CRM tools and platforms is an advantage
