Job Title: CRM Executive
Location: Campal, Goa

Key Responsibilities
- Take over clients from Sales post-agreement and manage all commitments and requests throughout the client’s lifecycle at the villa/condominium.
- Set and manage realistic expectations by clearly communicating deliverables, processes, and timelines.
- Review and stay updated on all paperwork, legal processes, and documentation related to real estate transactions and client properties.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships, representing the Bennet and Bernard brand with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide proactive project updates, communicate milestones, regulations, and property-impacting changes (including maintenance and utilities).
- Handle difficult situations assertively while keeping the company in a positive light.
- Oversee timely and regular collections of payments and outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate, secure, and well-organized records and filing systems for all client interactions and documentation.
- Coordinate with Project teams before committing to client-specific modifications, additions, or custom requests.
- Act as the bridge between Property Managers, Maintenance teams, and clients, ensuring clear communication and documentation of all service requests.
- Create and manage maintenance schedules, supervise repairs, and ensure timely escalation to appropriate teams.
- Establish escalation and resolution processes for concerns related to delivered homes, owning issues until closure.
- Review maintenance contracts and coordinate with Accounts and clients for renewals and payments.
- Collaborate with Project teams for site maintenance and upkeep of common areas and client homes.
- Ensure property security by coordinating with security devices, local patrol services, and enforcing precautionary policies.
- Oversee housekeeping, garden and landscape maintenance, and overall cleanliness in and around the property.
- Build strong relationships with neighbours and community stakeholders to support harmonious living for clients, guests, and tenants.
- Track and manage maintenance expenditure for sites, coordinating with Accounts and communicating with clients as needed.
- Build and maintain cordial relationships with local governing authorities, officials, and community representatives.
- Act as the single point of contact between business and clients for all post-sales and property-related matters.
- Coordinate end-to-end paperwork across Architecture, Engineering, Legal, Sales, Management, and Interior Design teams.
- Foster balanced, collaborative relationships with site teams, legal, and other internal stakeholders for smooth operations and superior client experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong balance of customer and business centricity
- Conflict management, assertiveness, and influencing skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi; Konkani preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail with ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in client relationship management in Real Estate
- Result-oriented with a no-excuse drive and strong time management
- Ability to build networks and work resourcefully
- High standards of honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness
- Flexible for local travel to any site as required; must be able to self-ride/drive (two-wheeler or four-wheeler)
