Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern. In this role, you will assist with managing customer relationships, support sales teams by maintaining accurate CRM data, and help execute customer engagement strategies. Additional responsibilities include analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities, communicating with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project goals are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer data and derive actionable insights
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions and team collaborations
• Basic understanding of Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Organisational and Project Management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree/Master's degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
