🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Intern who is eager to learn and grow in customer relationship management. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of data handling, and a willingness to work closely with clients and internal teams.
This is a paid internship.
✨ Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and conducting client and internal meetings.
- Prepare meeting notes and ensure proper follow-ups on action items.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for data tracking and reporting.
- Support in WhatsApp communication, email campaigns, and client engagement.
- Analyze basic customer data to improve engagement strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and organization in all CRM-related activities.
🛠 Skills Required
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of customer handling or sales is a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn CRM tools and processes.
