Manager – CRM & Project Handover (Real Estate)-Hyderabad
Location: Corporate Office -Hyderabad
Experience: 6–10 years
We are looking for a CRM & Handover Leader to drive seamless possession experiences in high-rise residential projects. This role demands strong ownership, customer focus, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end flat handover process with zero customer friction
- Act as single point of contact for customers during possession phase
- Manage snag closure, inspections, and quality readiness
- Drive modification management with engineering and QA teams
- Ensure SOP-driven handover execution and compliance
- Oversee parking allotment and documentation transparency
- Coordinate across construction, MEP, legal, finance, and facility teams
- Track MIS, customer satisfaction, and escalation closures
What We Are Looking For
- Strong exposure to high-rise residential handovers
- Deep understanding of RERA, possession protocols, and quality checks
- Ability to manage customers, complexity, and coordination simultaneously
- Sharp problem-solving and communication skills
Qualification
- Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management / MBA
