WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll be the person who makes sure no customer slips through the cracks — and every interaction feels personal.
- Manage and respond to customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, website chats
- Own our abandoned cart recovery (30–40 daily opportunities
- Build simple but effective CRM journeys (nudges, reminders, offers, storytelling)
- Work closely with marketing + content team to align messaging
- Track what’s working → what’s not → and fix it fast
- Turn conversations into conversions (without sounding salesy)
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who gets people (more than just tools)
- Quick, clear communicator — preferably with a warm tone
- Comfortable juggling multiple chats without losing context
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, WhatsApp CRM, etc.) is a bonus
- Obsessive about follow-ups and closure
- Can spot patterns: “Why are people dropping off?”
