Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in Bellandur, Bengaluru. The role involves :
- Handle incoming orders by processing them promptly, keeping updates current, and coordinating accurately with internal teams.
- Track and engage leads from IndiaMart to boost conversions into sales through targeted follow-ups.
- Calling Potential Leads, Securing new business opportunities each day, log all calls for record purposes.
- Reach out to customers with cancelled or abandoned carts, identify issues, and work to turn them into active orders.
- Call customers one day after delivery to guide them on warranty registration and provide the registration link.
- Follow up after 7 days with registered customers to gather Google or website reviews, plus feedback.
- Spot undelivered, in-transit, or rejected orders; contact customers to resolve problems and convert to deliveries or reships.
- Spend 1 hour each day calling customers with "Out for Delivery" orders to confirm availability and cut return-to-origin rates.
- Contact clients from the prior day's meetings to get feedback on product quality, staff conduct, and share insights with relevant teams.
- Update Google Sheets regularly with all call logs, feedback, order statuses, and conversion data for team tracking.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with customers and internal teams. Proficiency in twoof the regional languages like Hindi / Kannada / Malayalam / Tamil / Telugu would be preferred.
- Proven experience in Customer Retention and Customer Experience strategies
- Analytical Skills for tracking customer behavior, analyzing data, and deriving insights for decision-making
- Sales skills to contribute to achieving revenue targets and customer loyalty
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing capacity is desirable
