Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain and update customer data and records in spreadsheets accurately.
- Verify offers and promotions across different platforms.
- Cross-check customer reviews and feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare reports and maintain data using MS Excel and other relevant tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer management or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and verification skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
