Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The role involves maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, analyzing client feedback, managing customer retention strategies, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the sales team. The candidate will engage directly with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and proactively identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Retention, Customer Experience, and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to handle inquiries and build rapport with clients.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate client feedback and improve processes.
- Familiarity with Sales principles and practices to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management tools and systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
