We're looking for
Customer Relationship Management Executives!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, market research, and proactive client outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication and relationship management
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive conversions and close business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales campaigns, promotional initiatives, and customer engagement activities
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve overall business results
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requirements promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer data, sales pipelines, and interaction records within CRM systems
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to support leadership decision-making
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing sales efficiency, customer experience, and revenue generation
