Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive, located in Bengaluru. The CRM Executive will focus on improving customer satisfaction, managing customer relationships, supporting customer retention activities, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, analyzing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Retention and Customer Experience management skills.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and improve strategies.
- Experience in real estate field is added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to excel in an on-site team-based environment in Bengaluru.
