Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive located in NOIDA SECTOR 142, India. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring high customer retention, enhancing customer experience, analyzing customer data, and driving sales initiatives. The role involves frequent interaction with customers, effective communication of value propositions, and collaboration with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Retention and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Ability to analyze customer data and trends, demonstrating strong Analytical Skills
- Proven Sales experience and the ability to achieve targets
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Understanding of CRM software and tools is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in customer relationship management is a plus
