Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Executive based in Ghaziabad. The CRM Executive will be responsible for handling inbound client queries, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team for further conversions. This role acts as the first point of contact for potential clients and plays a critical role in ensuring quality lead flow to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities-
Handle inbound client queries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, or website inquiries
Understand client requirements and provide initial information/solutions
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
Maintain and update all lead details in the CRM system
Ensure proper lead tracking, follow-ups, and status updates
Share qualified leads with the sales team along with proper notes and context
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead flow
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conversations
Ensure quick response time and excellent customer experience
Requirements-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Basic understanding of sales/lead qualification process
Ability to handle calls and client interactions confidently
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
