Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive, located in Bangalore Urban. The CRM Executive will manage client relationships, ensure customer retention, enhance the customer experience, and support the sales team. Daily responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, fostering robust relationships, analyzing client needs, and collaborating with the sales and support teams to meet customer satisfaction goals. The role will involve contributing to smooth communication between the company and its clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Experience skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Expertise in Customer Retention strategies to maintain long-term client relationships
- Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, solve problems, and optimize processes
- Sales skills to support client acquisition efforts
- Proficiency in CRM tools and techniques is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a customer-facing role is preferred
