Job Description: • We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional for the role of Senior Executive – CRM (Non-Technical) to ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from booking to handover. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating documentation, handling payment follow-ups, final account reconciliation, registrations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end customer relationship activities from booking to handover. • Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. • Coordinate with internal departments for documentation, agreement processing, registrations, and handover formalities. • Follow up with customers for pending payments and maintain payment schedules. • Perform final account reconciliation prior to handover/registration. • Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records and MIS updates. • Deliver a seamless customer experience while maintaining high service standards. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. Desired Candidate Profile: • Experience in CRM/Customer Relationship Management (Non-Technical domain). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good coordination and follow-up abilities. • Experience in customer handling, documentation, registrations, and collections follow-up preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage. Real Estate / Property Development preferred.
