Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in Thrissur. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering customer retention. Daily tasks will include analyzing client needs, responding to inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and address their concerns
- Proficiency in fostering customer retention and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Analytical skills to evaluate customer feedback and develop insights for improvement
- Sales skills to support client acquisition and identify growth opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and related technology is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
