Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive located in Gurgaon. The CRM Executive will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving retention strategies. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data, identifying opportunities for improvement in customer experience, communicating effectively with clients, and executing sales initiatives to meet organizational goals. Additionally, the CRM Executive will collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes that enhance the overall customer journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer data and identify insights for enhancing customer experience.
- Experience and abilities in Customer Retention and improving Customer Experience.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Sales knowledge and expertise to drive business growth through customer engagement.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
- A bachelor's/ diploma / master's degree- fresher.
- Prior experience in CRM or roles focused on customer engagement is a plus.
- Stipend for fresher- Rs. 8,000 per month.
