Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (2+ years experience) who can manage client communication, ensure seamless order coordination, and build long-term B2B relationships.
This is not a tele-calling role.
This is a relationship-driven, coordination-focused, revenue-impacting role.
You will act as the bridge between:
- Clients
- Sales Team
- Production Team
- Logistics & Export Department
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic & international client communication
- Coordinate order processing from enquiry to dispatch
- Maintain CRM records & customer databases
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Support repeat orders & cross-selling opportunities
- Work closely with production planning for delivery commitments
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Relationship, Client Servicing, Sales Coordination & B2B Account Management.
