Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries across calls, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Handle cancellations, refunds, and delivery-related concerns with a customer-first approach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, returns, and exceptions.
- Work closely with courier partners to resolve delivery issues, including lost or delayed shipments.
E-commerce Operations & Catalog Management
- Manage product listings across key marketplaces, ensuring accuracy in content, pricing, and categorization.
- Support new product launches by coordinating timely and consistent listings across platforms.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product information, images, and attributes meet platform standards.
- Monitor listing hygiene and maintain overall quality benchmarks.
Reporting & Data Tracking
- Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports to support business decision-making.
- Track operational metrics such as returns and order performance, ensuring they remain within defined benchmarks.
- Maintain structured data records to support analysis and reporting.
Website & D2C Operations
- Assist in managing the D2C website, including product updates, content changes, and promotional uploads.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for website updates and campaign execution.
- Ensure the website reflects accurate product information and delivers a seamless user experience.
Promotions & Pricing Coordination
- Monitor ongoing discounts and promotional activities across platforms to ensure alignment with internal guidelines.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address pricing discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in CRM, e-commerce operations, or a similar role
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and D2C business models
